Fine Arts

At Westminster, we recognize that the visual and performing arts are gifts from God created for the enjoyment of His people. Students are offered a variety of opportunities including art, drama, and music. Music instruction focuses on music theory, history, and production and utilizes the Kodály Method. In art, the students focus on art history and application, allowing students to develop skills in the areas of drawing, painting, and three dimensional art as well as studying classical artists and their masterpieces. In drama, students incorporate memorization and further develop rhetorical skills as they study plays and performances that enhance their studies in literature and history.
